• Our jewellery is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
What’s covered
• Broken clasps or chains due to manufacturing fault; missing stones due to setting defect.
Not covered
• Wear & tear, scratches, loss, accidental damage, or discoloration from chemicals/water/exposure.
How to claim
• Email support@dtpjewellry.com with photos and your order number. If approved, we’ll repair or replace (or offer store credit if the item is unavailable).
Care
• Avoid contact with perfumes/lotions/chemicals. Remove before bathing/swimming. Store dry, separately.
