1) Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items (unused, in original packaging). This exceeds the UK 14-day cooling-off minimum for online orders.

2) Hygiene & exclusions

• Earrings and piercing jewellery (unless unopened and fully sealed)
• Custom/personalised pieces
• Final-sale items marked as non-returnable

3) How to start a return

1. Email support@dtpjewellry.com with your order number.
2. We’ll send a return address and instructions within one business day.
3. Once received, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
