Return & Refund Policy – DTP Jewellery

At DTP Jewellery, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

🔄 Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags still attached.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery are non-returnable.

💷 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or damaged).

🔁 Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or variation (if available).

• If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

• Custom or personalised jewellery

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged:

1. Email us within 7 days at returns@dtpjewellry.com with your order number.

2. Attach clear photos of the issue.

3. Our team will arrange a free replacement or refund.
